Can I make purchases online?

No. Please contact us via phone, fax or email to make your purchase.

Can I send items as gifts?

Yes. Please advice to whom it should be delivered and the nature of the event, and when and how you would like your selection delivered. We will take extra special care of it

Can I order by telephone or fax?

Yes. You can place an order by telephone by calling +974 4443 2300. You may also fax your order to +974 4443 7799, or e-mail us at postmaster@eiffelg.com

What forms of payment are accepted for purchases?

Eiffel accepts most major credit cards including Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept personal checks, money orders and of course cash.

How can I find out the status of my order?

When you place an order with us we will do our best to give you an approximate arrival time frame. This may change, however, and your items may arrive sooner or sometimes a little later, than their original estimate. We are pleased to provide you with updates of your order's status if you email us at sales@eiffelg.com, or call us at +974 44432300 or +974 44432354 during normal business hours.

How long will I have to wait for delivery?

Items in stock are usually delivered within 14 days. Please check individual products for availability. Note: Your order will only be dispatched when every item is available. This means that the expected delivery date will be that of the longest lead-time item.

Does your furniture come with a warranty?

All of our furniture comes with a one-year warranty on any manufacturing defects resulting from (normal use).

What is the best way to clean your furniture?

Dust frequently with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth. To remove accumulated dust or old furniture wax build-up, use a soft, lint-free cloth which has been dampened in a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Dry thoroughly using a clean, lint-free cloth and then apply furniture polish, wiping it in the direction of the wood grain. We recommend polishes that do NOT contain silicone or wax. Most furniture retailers, home improvement chains, home specialty stores, and some supermarkets offer these products.

Do you have any financing options?

Yes. Eiffel Furniture offers 90 days same as cash for qualified buyers.

Can I take my furniture home instead of having it delivered?

Customers can choose to take their furniture home instead of having it delivered.

What if I require service on my furniture after it has been delivered?

Customers can call Eiffel Furniture and place a service request. Our serviceman will then schedule an appointment at your home for inspection, repair, or replacement.

What if my furniture is defective upon delivery?

Customers can call Eiffel Furniture and place a service request. Our serviceman will contact you to schedule an appointment at your home for inspection repair or replacement.
